1 in 5 Americans experience a mental health condition.

That's over 40 million people. Anxiety, stress and depression are the biggest contributors of mental health concerns. Nearly 80% of people experience stress related symptoms daily. Rates of depression are as high as 7% of the population, that's enough people to fill every major league baseball and football stadium in the United States. Anxiety affects 21% of the population, which is more than the number of people who had a Netflix subscription.

Mental health impacts us all. Yet, 1 in 5 people are not receiving treatment due to stigma, believing that their problems aren't severe enough, poor access to services, financial barriers, and time constraints.

It's time to remove those barriers.
